The history of working with UCMS Group formally began for us back in 2008, when Areva, which became part of Alstom in 2010, entered into a contract with UCMS Group for outsourcing payroll in conjunction with an HR portal using the SaaS model.

In 2012, the management of Alstom made a decision to build the functions of payroll and HR administration by analogy with the practice of Areva at that time. We chose UCMS Group as a provider, since we took into account the impeccable reputation and experience of this company and, of course, the positive results of its work with Areva.

For many years, the UCMS Group company has been providing our divisions with high-quality services for calculating payroll and automating HR records. I would like to especially note that over the years of cooperation between our companies, truly partner relations have developed. In the course of our work, different situations arose, but thanks to the caring approach of the UCMS Group employees, their flexibility in finding solutions, through joint efforts, we always managed to achieve the required result.

It is also worth noting that from UCMS Group we receive not only high-quality payroll calculation, but also the ability to scale this process. For example, UCMS specialists quickly and efficiently completed a project to organize outsourcing of payroll for a group of foreign workers. Due to the fact that we have a rather complicated scheme for calculating the salaries of this category of employees, to solve this problem, it was necessary not only to quickly mobilize the labor resources of the UCMS Group, but also to properly refine the software used by the UCMS Group.
