UCMS Group has passed an annual audit according to ISO 9001:2015

UCMS Group has successfully passed external audit of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015.

The audit confirmed that the quality management system used in UCMS Group is effective and the processes of accounting, payroll and HR administration fully comply with the requirements of the standard. The focus of audit in 2018 was risk and opportunity management. The task of risk management is to reduce the likelihood of risk occurrence, minimize adverse consequences and maximize opportunities for the Company. Risk management is one of the core processes of our quality management system and we are proud that an independent auditor confirms the effectiveness of this process.

The audit was carried out by our external auditor – the international company DNV GL, which is one of the TOP-3 world certification bodies. The certificates issued by DNV are recognized worldwide.

The quality management system used by UCMS Group has been ISO 9001 certified for over 10 years. In 2017, UCMS Group switched to the latest version of ISO 9001 (ISO 9001:2015) and passed the recertification audit.
