UCMS Group Russia, an expert in the provision of outsourcing services, has successfully passed a recertification audit for the compliance of the quality management system (QMS) with the international standard ISO 9001 and changed the old version of the 2008 standard to ISO 9001:2015.
The ISO 9001:2015 version assumes a transition from a quality management system to a business management system, which includes an assessment of risk and opportunity management.
The certification audit was conducted by experts from DNV GL*, one of the leading certification societies, in October 2017.
The result of the certification was DNV GL’s positive decision to issue the UCMS Group a certificate of conformity to ISO 9001:2015, which confirms the high level of organization of internal processes in the company and the provision of services.
The quality management system of UCMS Group is certified for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the provision of services in the field of outsourcing of payroll, HR administration and accounting.
