We calculate salaries, advance payment, taxes and contributions. We prepare mandatory reports to government bodies. Every month you recieve:

payroll sheet with analytics for departments, cost centers, types of payments – depending on your needs;
payment documents (salaries, taxes, payments to individuals under civil agreements);
individual payslips in electronic or printed form;
information on vacation, sick leave and other benefits;
posting to your financial system: 1C, Oracle, Scala and others.

We are responsible for the smooth operation of the portal, reliable storage and transmission of data through secure communication channels.

How long does it take to outsource the process?

Concluding a contract, collecting data, integrating with your financial system and preparatory works take from one to one and a half months. We are ready to start tomorrow.
