The interview at the Company was very memorable. When I received the invitation, it turned out that my previous office was in the business center directly opposite where I was invited, so it was enough to cross the road and find yourself in UCMS. This is how I spent my lunch break and in two weeks I was already working on the other side of Beloostrovskaya Street :).
But I was hired specifically for HR administration, because a specialist of this profile was required for the project. After about a year, I switched to payroll projects, and I went purely to the payroll. Then, after some time, I was offered to take the Yota project, and try my hand at being a senior specialist. Then there was a change of team on the project plus problems in interaction, so my task was just to put everything together. I agreed, and as a result, everything worked out very well. And then Lyuba (Note: project manager) recommended me to the management as a project manager. And I didn’t refuse.
A lot.
In principle, outsourcing is interesting and difficult, as every day you have a million different cases, and no matter how hard you work, there will be no situation where you know everything and you have already had it all. My current job, which is not purely managerial, is still combined with payroll and HR administration. In general, at some point in my life, I simply determined for myself that salary calculation is exactly what I like, what I want to do. For many years I have been working in this direction, but I do not get bored (thanks to our legislation!). And I really like my work. There is also communication with clients, we solve problems every day, and when you manage to solve them, you immediately feel the feedback. You don’t just do something mechanically.
I like working in a team, finding solutions in non-standard situations and a mutual understanding with clients.
As it turned out, the faith of some colleagues in me was much higher than my own, for which I specially thank them.
Relatives, a bicycle and a watermelon :).
I try to drive away bad thoughts from myself, I always hope for the best. Sometimes there is some kind of phobia in my head, but I make every effort to get rid of it as soon as possible.
I think this is a summer bike trip along the sea coast with my son (as well as friends) and a watermelon (and other sweets) :). In fact, my ideal weekend is a combination of outdoor activities, hanging out with family and meeting friends. If I manage to combine these things, then the rest was a success.
There is no feeling that I am not doing something in time. Most likely, I plan my leisure time according to my capabilities. Although, every Monday there is a feeling that one more day off would not hurt :).
I can list endlessly, I love to try something new. In the first place, of course, bike and cross-country skiing (depending on the season). From the nearest ideas – to master alpine skiing (planned for the next season). I love reading, taking pictures, and it doesn’t matter that my photes are not masterpieces, as long as there is a camera with me. It also looks like it’s time to master the Rubik’s Cube. I see more and more young people with them. You just wonder how they do it! I have already ordered a couple for beginners to be in trend 🙂 As a child I collected stamps, now – money. So, if anyone has it, I will gladly accept it into the collection :).
But I really love to travel, so I want to go wherever possible. There is a goal to visit the “Eternal City” – Rome, to dip my feet into the Trevi Fountain. And I also dream of ice skating on Lake Baikal (preferably in winter :)).
The stubbornness of the Taurus, irascibility and irritability over trifles (yes – I am like that :), it’s just not up to trivia at work).
Optimism, friendliness, responsiveness. And the child also says that I am very kind (most likely it gets greased).
Atlanta!
Happy birthday to UCMS Group! I want to wish our excellent company prosperity, an influx of new clients who will easily approve all additional fees 🙂 And I also want to thank everyone with whom I had a chance to communicate, to meet, to work together over the years, from the CEO to generally all staff.
We are always very friendly and democratic, and so is the atmosphere, especially in terms of communication with the management. I want it to stay as it is, and the company to have many new clients.
I spent my first earnings (a neighbor called me to sell tomatoes) on debt repayment. Not long before that, I had done a terrible (this is where my dark past is revealed) act: I stole 100 rubles from my grandmother. I was probably ten years old then. Of course, my crime was quickly solved, the money had to be earned and returned. Having overcome financial difficulties, pangs of conscience, etc., I restored my grandmother’s faith in me. That was the end of my criminal activity.
This is, of course, Santa Barbara. I remember sitting on the edge of the roof of a rather high arbor and I could not make up my mind to jump from it into the sandbox (we had such fun). But then my mother shouted out the window that Santa Barbara was beginning … Immediately the fear was forgotten, the jump was made and, having overcome the hundred-meter distance in a matter of seconds, I reached my cherished goal – a TV with my favorite series.
As far as I remember, as a child I was always rooting for skiers, drawing the flags of athletes during the races in a special notebook. I rejoiced at the victories of the Russians, dreamed of their successes. Of course, I did not become a ski star, but I do not part with cross-country skiing in winter, although it came to me much later.
